My firm consists of myself, Richard Sly, my loyal and long-suffering secretary, Fran Slossar, and my "utility fielder" and secretarial assistant Amanda Vail. We practice exclusively a Social Security Disability (DIB) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) disability practice. We are located in Portland, Oregon, and represent Social Security and Supplemental Security Income disability clients in Northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington before the Social Security Administration, their Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR), their Appeals Council and in the United States District and Circuit Court.
The cornerstone of any success I may enjoy is hard work, diligence, and the quality relationship which I try to maintain with clients. Clients are treated with respect concerning their needs, goals, and objectives.
My work as an advocate is generally done on a contingency basis, meaning I am paid attorney fees only if I win your case.
