RICHARD SLY: There's the guy who's done nothing but work all his life. Both of them have been functioning, doing something for family or for employers and it's difficult when they no longer can perform those functions.

RICHARD SLY: Their egos are at risk. They're depressed about what happens. I can help them overcome those feelings by virtue of just advocating for them and letting them know I am there to help them overcome that.
